Pengaruh Disiplin, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Pemindo Multi Sukses Jakarta

Abstract
Human Resources play an important role in the running of a company. The role of human resources is very important for the success of a company, if the human resources in the company have good abilities, it will make the company develop to achieve its goals, on the contrary, if the company does not have good abilities then the company cannot develop to achieve its goals. The era of globalization now encourages competition in several companies to be increasingly fierce, therefore there is the biggest challenge that each company has now, the most serious time to achieve the management's goal of carrying out the lives of its employees and the life of the company in which there is a quality of human resources. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze discipline, leadership. motivation towards employee performance satisfaction at PT. Pemindo Multi Sukses Jakarta. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees in the West Jakarta area of 50 people using non probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis method uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a quantitative approach, which is processed with the help of SmartPLS Software version 4.0. The results of this study show that Leadership and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at PT. Pemindo Multi Sukses Jakarta.
