Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Ropang Plus Plus Pluit

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at CV. Ropang Plus Plus Pluit Jakarta Utara. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with saturation sampling. The data were collected from distributing questionnaire with total 50 respondens, then the data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. The result of this research is that leadership style and work environment had positive effects and significant on employee performance.
