Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh efikasi diri, dukungan sosial, dan kreativitas terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa S1 Universitas Tarumanagara. Jumlah sample yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form secara online. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dukungan sosial dan kreativitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention, sedangkan efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention.
 

The aim of this study was to examine the influence of self-efficacy, social support, and creativity on entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students at Tarumanagara University. A sample of 150 respondents was used, employing a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. This research adopted a quantitative design, and data were collected through an online Google Form. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study revealed that social support and creativity had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, while self-efficacy did not show a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.
